Returns & Exchanges Conditions
You can exercise your right to return or exchange within 14 days from the delivery date.
For your return or exchange request to be accepted, the product must be:
- Unused and unwashed
- With its original tags intact
- In undamaged packaging
- Delivered complete.
Return Shipping Fee
- In cases of product defects or incorrect shipment, the shipping fee is covered by us.
- For all other return and exchange processes, the two-way shipping fee is the customer's responsibility.
Non-Returnable Products
The following products are not accepted for return or exchange due to hygiene reasons:
- Underwear products
- Products with opened hygienic packaging
- Used or washed products
Returns & Exchanges Process
1. Make a request Notify us of your return or exchange request by sending an email to iletisim@merocelli.com or by messaging us on Instagram. Stating your order number and the reason for return/exchange will expedite the process.
2. Get your return code After your request is reviewed, a unique return code will be shared with you. You must write this code on your shipping package.
3. Send the product Send the product in its original packaging, along with the return code, to the specified address via cargo.
4. Inspection and approval Once the product reaches us, an inspection will be carried out. Returns found suitable will be approved.
