Delivery Time
Your orders are shipped with DHL Cargo.
- Orders placed before 2:00 PM are handed over to cargo on the same day.
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM are handed over to cargo on the next business day.
- Orders handed over to cargo are delivered to your address within an average of 3 business days.
Shipping Tracking
After your order is shipped, a tracking number will be sent to you via email. You can track your order through DHL's website or app.
Delivery Information
- Delivery is made to the address you specify. Please ensure that your address information is complete and accurate.
- If you are not at the address during delivery, the cargo officer will leave a note and attempt redelivery.
- We recommend checking for damage when receiving your cargo package. If the package is damaged, please have a report drawn up before accepting it.
